After spending 20 years in law enforcement, Ron is now pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, applying his investigative mindset and attention to detail to the evolving digital landscape. His background gives him a strong instinct for uncovering compelling, meaningful stories, and he takes pride in bringing exciting and relevant news to the student body.

Outside of academics and journalism, Ron stays busy as a minor league umpire, a role that reflects his discipline, fairness, and love for the game. Whether on the field or behind the scenes, Ron’s commitment to accuracy and integrity shines through in everything he does.
